Before, I thought it was all about ideas. Wasn’t entirely wrong, but now I realize that isn’t the root. Ideas are formed from something else; they’re not the starting point.

It’s the philosophy, the essence of how and why these ideas are being created. Yes, ideas are a result. But it all starts with the philosophy… the beliefs, the spirit, the passion to guide each of us through our careers and our lives.
